Bites Shop is a one stop grocery shopping platform where you can choose from our wide variety of fresh and high quality essentials for your everyday kitchen and household needs. Now, you can even have it delivered to your doorstep! Just pick your groceries, make the payment online, and choose to either pick up at a Village Grocer near you or have it delivered to you. It’s that simple!
We are currently in the process of rolling out more pickup locations as we aim to make shopping convenient and safe for all our customers. The current locations that have Bites Shop pickup available are:

What is the minimum spend on Bites Shop?
Spend a minimum of RM70 for store pickup.
Where do I pickup my groceries?
Your items from Bites Shop will be ready at your chosen time and date for pickup at a designated dpickup area at the store.
How do I arrange self pickup?
When you shop at Bites Shop, you get to choose your pickup date and time. Our self pickup hours are between 11am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday including public holidays.
Can I collect Bites points through my online purchase?
Enter your Bites Member ID in the Notes section upon checkout and the points will be credited to your account within 7-14 days upon completion of the transaction.
How do you handle non-halal items?
Non-halal items are separated from any halal items in the stores and even during packing and self pickup so that no contact happen.
How do I check my order status?
Our fulfilment team will notify you in real-time via email when your order is packed and ready for pickup. You may also go to “My Order Status” to check on the status of your order.
Can I add a note to the store through my purchase?
You may add a note in the Notes section to your purchase should you have any special request on handling the items of purchase upon checkout.
What happens when items are out of stock?
If the item is out of stock we will try our best to replace it with a similar item. After checkout, you may choose to allow the shopper to pick the replacements or have them call you with suggestions or proceed packing without any replacements at all.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
You will receive a a confirmation email with a receipt after your purchase and another receipt once you’ve collected your purchase.
